TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Edwin Whitworth, 74 Stanley Villas, Bunbury Street, Nottingham
Date30 May 1905
DescriptionWhitworth's letter of 16 May enclosing harmonograph curves drawn in colour, reached on the day of the Soiree and Harrison was compelled to put it aside. The Society makes it a rule not to take official awareness of any communication unless it is presented by a Fellow of the Society and in particular it does not concern itself with any commercial applications of science. Harrison will however show the curves and letter to a Fellow of the Society likely to be interested in the subject and will ask him whether the matter is of sufficient interest to form an exhibit at one of the Soirees.
