DescriptionWith reference to the General Secretary's letter of 26 May, which was brought forward at a meeting of the Officers last week, Harrison asks if the Secretary could give some idea of the learned Societies that it would be proposed to include in the joint action contemplated with a view to a reduction in the rate of postage of scientific journals, and also the nature of the proposals that are contemplated.
