DescriptionWith reference to the Messrs's letter of 8 July respecting the ground rent in arrears on number 51 Wharton Road, the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe] would like the Messrs to communicate direct with Messrs Few & Company, the Society's solicitors, providing them with the necessary particulars in order that they may take such action as they deem necessary. Asks the Messrs Daniel Smith to inform Messrs Few & Company, the Mr Kempe has instructed Messrs Daniel Smith to communicate with them.
