DescriptionWith further reference to his letter of 29 May, Harrison has been directed to say that the secretaries are much obliged to Pio for allowing them to see his paper titled, 'A step forward in Integration' but that they do not see their way to making an exception to the strict rule that no paper can be received for publication unless it is communicated by a Fellow or Foreign Member of the Society. Returns Pio's paper with many thanks [not enclosed].
