DescriptionAcknowledges receipt of Mr Lucas' letter of the previous day enclosing the Report of the Medical Department of the East Africa and Uganda Protectorates for 1904. Returns the thanks of the Royal Society to Lyttleton for his courtesy in affording the Society a perusal of this valuable document. The references to Sleeping Sickness in the body of the report and in the appendices will be of much interest to the Tropical Diseases Committee before which the report will be laid at its first meeting. They will not meet for some weeks but the report will be returned once considered.
