| Description | The paper by Dr J W Eyre, A N Leathem and the late J W Washbourn on 'A Study of Different Strains of Pneumoccoci with especial reference to the Lesions they produce', which Mott communicated on 28 August, has been considered by two referees who think it rather too special in its interest and that the paper is very technical and deals with a comparatively minor point. The referee's suggest the paper would be more appropriately placed in the 'Journal of Pathology', the 'Journal of Hygiene' or another 'Medical Journal'. Under these circumstances Geikie is asked to return the paper, asks what address it should be sent to. |
