Reports by Sir W Niven, Mr Dyson and Professor Larmor on Major Conygham's paper, 'on Pendulum Observations made at Kew and Greenwich Observatories in 1903' are enclosed.

The report of the President [William Huggins] on Sir William Herschel's fifth and sixth catalogues of the comparative brightness of the stars is also enclosed for the Chairman's perusal.

Asks if the Chairman would like a meeting of the Committee to consider the business awaiting the Committee's decision.
