TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to [Messrs Harrisons & Sons]
Date27 October 1905
DescriptionThe Society does not like the type used for the notice for the Anniversary Dinner at all. They prefer the old plain type face wherever possible and object to a variety of fonts in one document. Asks them to reset the enclosed type to more of the character in use in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. Thinks it ought to be obvious that the enclosed is not the style of thing that the Royal Society would send out.
