DescriptionCouncil has authorised Harrison to consent to the sale to Mr Lee of the piece of land coloured pink on the tracing enclosed in the Messrs letter of 31 October on the terms that Lee makes a cash payment to the Society for £40 and that he pay all costs to fence in the land, the sale being subject to Mr Gray's tenancy of Mablethorpe. Asks the Messrs to communicate with Messrs Few & Company regarding the necessary legal arrangements.
