TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to His Excellency the Russian Ambassador
Date23 November 1905
DescriptionWith reference to the letter addressed to His Excellency this week inviting him as a representative of the Embassy to attend the Anniversary meeting to received the Copley Medal awarded to Professor Mendeleeff, a letter has now been received from Mendeleeff intimating his intention to come to London himself to receive the medal. There seems some doubt of Mendeleefff being able to reach London in time but in any case the President will be very happy to see either His Excellency or any member of the Embassy at the Anniversary Meeting.
