Title | Copy letter from Archibald Geikie, to Colonel David Bruce, [Fellow of the Royal Society] |
Date | 11 January 1906 |
Description | Geikie states that the Fleet-Surgeon Percy William Bassett-Smith paper has been received, and he will review it and submit it to the printer. Themistocles Zammit's paper is in proof and has been sent to Bruce that morning.
He has struck out the passages in Shaw's paper which Zammit objected to, and added footnotes in line with William Horrocks' suggestions. He has not sent the revised proofs back to the printers as he is waiting for them all to be returned from the authors and members of the Malta Fever Sub Committee amongst whom they have been circulated.
Geikie suggests a meeting of the Sub Committee should occur soon, and asks Bruce to suggest a day. |
