DescriptionHarrison provides detailed information on four botanical papers that have yet to be passed for publication: 'The Araucarieae, Recent and Extinct' by A C Seward and Sibille O Ford; 'On the Function of Silica in the Nutrition of Cereals.--Part I' by A Hall and C G T Morison; 'On the infection, histology and development of the Uredo stage in certain Uredineae' by I B P Evans; 'On the Microsporangia of the Pteridospermeae' by Robert Kidston.

The related reports and documents are enclosed as requested. He also states that there are a number of other papers, including Professor Pearson's paper on Welwitschia mirabilis and Blackman's paper, which have been passed for publication by Standing Order, but which have not been reported to the Botany Committee as a consequence of the committee not having met for some time.
