TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Andrew Russell Forsyth, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date25 January 1906
DescriptionHarrison states that Forsyth's letter of resignation was laid before the Catalogue Committee, but they have asked that he reconsider his decision given that the committee meets so rarely and can obtain his opinion by correspondence if necessary. He was under the impression that one of the Secretaries, both of whom were present on that occasion, had conveyed this information. If Forsyth maintains his wish to resign, Harrison will be report it at their next meeting and ensure his name is not printed amongst the committee members in the Year Book.
