DescriptionHarrison reponds to Tutton's request for permission for the Editor of Zeitschrift für Instrumentenkunde to publish an abstract of his paper on the elasmometer, stating that he does not expect any difficulty in obtaining the permission of Council for the publication and the supply of an electro of figure two as an illustration. He has given their printers instructions to prepare the electro immediately, and send it with their account to Professor Lindeck in Berlin.
