DescriptionHarrison acknowledges Hakes' letter of 9 February to the President of the Royal Society enclosing a paper on the movement of planets. He explains that they can only formally receive papers which have been communicated by Fellows of the Society, so if, as he initimates, the Astrologer Royal wishes to communicate the paper, they will need a letter from him to that effect.
