TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Richard Tetley Glazebrook, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date20 February 1906
DescriptionHarrison thanks Glazebrook for his letter, and states he does not know why Dr Larmor was hesitant to read Conyngam's paper, but it was likely to be due to the rule that a paper may not be withdrawn once it has been read at the Royal Society. With both this and Glazebrook's letter in mind, Harrison has removed the paper from the list for the following Thursday.

The Council have responded favourably to Glazebrook's application to the Government Grant for £75 for an instrument for the reduction of the Magnetic Curves from the Antarctic, agreeing that the required sum be issued from funds entrusted to the Society by the Antarctic Finance Committee. If he informs Harrison when he requires the money, he will ask the Treasurer to sign a cheque.
