Description | Harrison explains that as Hill's paper has been read, he is allowed to publish abridgements in whatever journals he wishes. They give the authors the opportunity to name such journals when sending out proofs, and instruct that the printers send proofs to the editors. Hill has not yet had proofs as his paper is yet to be passed for publication, and so Harrison suggests it would be best to wait until that has happened. It is his decision, but if he waits, they can use the blocks prepared for his paper to allow the journals' editors to have electros made from them. |
