TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Kohlrausch
Date28 February 1906
DescriptionHarrison states that the note entitled 'Correction concerning Magnetic Manganese Alloys' relating to the alleged lack of acknowledge given by Hadfield and Fleming to previous work on the subject by Dr Fr Hensler, cannot be read before the Royal Society unless it is communicated by a Fellow or Foreign Member. He asks Kohlrausch if he wishes the note to be communicated to the Society, but also points out that this is not the best way to obtain the recognition Hensler seeks. Harrison recommends either that Hensler write directly to Hadfield and Fleming, or that he could forward Hensler's protest and allow them to address his complaint.
