TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Walter Frank Raphael Weldon, Fellow of the Royal Society, Chairman of the Zoology Sectional Committee
Date5 March 1906
DescriptionHarrison communciates the views of the two referees on Dr Gilbert C Chubb's paper 'On the growth of the Oocyte in Antedon: a morphological study of cell metabolism', with Professor John Bretland Farmer being in favour of publication in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. The second referee Sydney John Hickson does not recommend publication, but makes this judgement on the basis of his interpretation of Standing Order 42, recommending publication in full elsewhere and noting the value of the paper and the promise of the author.

Harrison asks that Weldon nominate a third referee.
