DescriptionThe Council of the Royal Society have been informed of Sir George Murray's letter, 5 March 1905, conveying the decision of the Lord Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury to give an additional grant of £5000 for 1906-1907 in aid of new buildings and equipment for the National Physical Laboratory. The Council's thanks are to be conveyed to the Government, and they have passed the information to the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory for their guidance.
