DescriptionAlfred Kempe has handed Harrison the Director's letter to the Joint Antarctic Finance Committee, applying for £250 to cover expenses connected to outside assistance in working out portions of the Natural History Collections of the Antarctic Expedition. Harrison is directed to inform him that it will be laid before the Council of the Royal Society at their next meeting, and will be considered alongside the grant voted to the Royal Society to meet the expense of working out the results of the expedition.
