DescriptionHarrison conveys the decision of the Chairman of the Physiology Sectional Committee that, in light of Vernon's request, it will not be necessary to publish the abstract of his paper in Proceedings of the Royal Society. The full paper on 'The chemical constitution of Protoplasm as shown by the rate of tissue disintegration', for which he sends thanks, has been deposited in the archives of the Royal Society, as directed by the Committee of Papers following the Sectional Commitee for Physiology's decision not to recommend it for publication.
