| Description | Harrison has been asked by Sir Archibald Geikie to suggest the following Thursday at 2.30pm, allowing time prior to the meeting of the Royal Society, and he asks that Lankester inform him if that would suit him, so that notices may be sent out. An alternative of the following Tuesday at 3.30 was suggested by Geikie should the first time be inconvenient.
He proposes that the enclosed draft letter to the Colonial Office be circulated amongst the committee relating to expenses they propose to charge the Society, but notes that the main business to be considered relates to the further prosecution of the investigation. |
