Larmor suggests that, if Callendar agrees with his view, a formal reference to Callendar as second referee would suffice, and allow them to proceed with publication in Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society under Standing Order 43. He asks that Callendar minute his opinion what should be done with the paper. |
