Date19 July 1906
DescriptionThe Colonial Office agree to the Royal Society's use of the £500 and state that the claim made for the expenses connected with Professor Minchin's mission is to be transferred to the finds of the Uganda authorities.

Is sorry to find that in the sub-Committee agreed to by the Tropical Diseases Committee for the purpose of experimental research, Martin's name was not included. This oversight will be amended and he assumes Martin will be willing to serve. Has written to the Chairman of the Tropical Diseases Committee for his assent to summon a meeting of the sub-Committee.
