TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor George Downing Liveing, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date21 July 1906
DescriptionHas just received Liveing's letter as he was about to write to him. Had laid Liveing's previous letter before the President [John William Strutt] some time ago but had to wait to consult Sir William Huggins and received his decision only yesterday. Huggins thinks the radioactive products had better be sent to the Society in the first place and their arrival reported to him and he will then arrange their distribution. Harrison agrees with Liveing that it would be better to have all the products sent together in the dry state. Harrison will write to Armet de Lille [Lisle] asking him to hold over the dispatch until all the products are ready.
