DescriptionIn view of the fact that it will be necessary to make certain payments shortly, Harrison has been requested by the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory to make an application to the Secretary for payment of the £5000, being the first half of the sum promised in aid of new buildings and equipment expenditure for the year 1906-1907, in the letter from H M Treasury to the Secretaries of the Royal Society, 5 March 1906. Advises how to make the payment.
