DescriptionWith reference to Blackman's letter of 26 July, there is no rate of reduction to Fellows in force on the published price of the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. The new series of the 'Proceedings' began with A number 507 and B number 507, and of each of these a complete volume has appeared. Volume 77 in each series is also just completed, and they could present Blackman with the numbers published prior to his election in order to complete that volume.

Encloses a notification as to the disposal of the Society's surplus stock of 'Proceedings' up till 1901 [not enclosed].
