TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Archibald Geikie, Secretary, Royal Society
Date2 October 1906
DescriptionEncloses copies of letter received from the Treasury to-day, bearing out what Harrison has already reported [not enclosed]. Dr Larmor has seen these letters and suggests Geikie might perhaps write to his friends in Paris telling them of what the Treasurer has said. That would just give them time to protest by the 6 [October] if they intend to do so. Harrison has kept the original letters at the Society.
