TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to the Honourable Morton G Stuart Gray, Kinfauns Castle, Perth
Date3 October 1905
DescriptionWas informed of Gray's visit to the Society with reference to the volumes of the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' in his library. The volumes in the Society's possession from 1815 to 1824, and 1829 are not numerous and if Gray has no further use for those in his hands, the Society would be glad to have these and to pay for the carriage. Of the remaining volumes from 1824 to 1840, with the exception of 1829, the Society has more than enough and asks that Gray does not present these. Thanks Gray for his consideration in the matter.
