DescriptionAcknowledges Davy's letter addressed to Professor [Joseph] Larmor who is at Cambridge. Will send Davy's letter on to Larmor. It will be necessary to obtain the authority of Council for having the portrait of Sir Humphry Davy copied but Harrison does not anticipate any hesitation in granting this. The Society would not officially be in any position to recommend anyone to make the copy.
