TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Archibald Geikie, Secretary, Royal Society, Shepherd's Down
Date24 October 1906
DescriptionHas had some conversation with Dr Mott this morning and Mott is perfectly contented that his [Sleeping Sickness] report should appear in the official size. Immediately afterwards Harrison received a letter from the Crown Agents saying they had instructed the printers to print it in the official size. Has learned from Mott that his 500 copies are to be off-prints from the type for the official archives of his laboratory so that Geikie's benevolent consideration as to the size of his copies, and Harrison's solicitude about the price he is to be charged for them, were both rather wasted as the laboratory will pay for them.
