DescriptionEncloses a proof of the draft Annual Report of Council. If the President will mark through any of the paragraphs which he desires to appropriate for his Anniversary Address, the rest of the report shall be printed without them, and the selected paragraphs shall be returned to the President. Reminds Rayleigh that the object of the Annual Report was to give the Fellows a way of of seeing before the Anniversary Meeting what had been done in matters they might wish to discuss at the meeting.
