DescriptionIn view of the heavy expense in connection with the reproduction of illustrations to some recent 'Procedings [of the Royal Society]' papers, Geikie wishes to ask if some means of restricting the expense of illustration in the case of two papers he has to pass, could be adopted. Describes the illustrations entailed in the two papers: 'The Relation of the Liver Cells to the Blood Vessels and Lymphatics' by Drs Herring and Simpson, and 'The Pharmacology of Ethyl Chloride' by Dr E H Embley.
