DescriptionAsks if he is writing any of the letters arising out of the Physics and Chemistry Committee, or shall Harrison. Also enquires whether those dealing with 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' papers should wait for confirmation of Committee of Papers. This was the procedure formerly followed. Harrison had enquiries yesterday about the fate of SWJ Smith's paper, but under regular procedure he would have no communication until the recommendation of the Sectional Committee has passed through the Committee of Papers. Sending an addendum to the paper sent in by Professor [Hugh Longbourne] Callendar.
