DescriptionThe Royal Society is able to send them volumes 16, 17, 18 and 19 of 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'. Volume 20 is bound in cloth, and volume 21 in sheets. Volume 23 is in numbers, and regrets to say volume 22 is out of print. This leaves only six volumes of the set offered by bookseller Grant, and Harrison is writing to him to ask if he will break that set to let Newcomb have the missing volumes.
