The Council at their meeting yesterday resolved to ask you to be good enough to be their representative at the Federal Conference on Education which is to be held under the auspices of the League of the Empire from May 24th to June 1st. I hope you will consent and in that hope I enclose the documents which came to us together with the invitation to participate in the Conference.
