TitleCopy letter from Archibald Geikie, to Monsieur Darboux
Date2 May 1907
DescriptionGeikie responds to Darboux's letter of 29 April, quoting, as requested, the minute of the Council of the Royal Society on the proposed international language, which states that they are not in favour of it being placed on the agenda of the General Assembly, but defer to the opinion of the Vienna Academy. He believes the Academy has placed it on the agenda, but that they intend to oppose its adoption by the International Association of Academies.
