TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to George Lynch, Savage Club
Date2 May 1907
DescriptionHarrison explains that Mr Brennan is not giving a public lecture at the Royal Society on 8 May, but is showing his mono-rail invention at the Society's Soirée. Those invited to the Soirée are selected by a Committee of the Society, and so he is unable to send an invitation to Lynch. He does, however, note that if he wishes to see the Soirée exhibits there will be a press view which Lynch is welcome to attend at around 4.30pm, but he fears Brennan will not be able to show his model in operation at that time.
