DescriptionHarrison explains that George P Mudge's paper on 'Some features in the hereditary transmission of the self-black and the 'Irish' coat characters in rats' has been communicated to the Royal Society, and the Secretaries believe the Evolution Committee more suitable to consider its suitability for publication than any of the sectional committees, and asks that they give their opinion on whether it could be published as a report of the Evolution Committee.

The paper amounts to around 30 octavo pages and will cost about £23 for printing and paper.
