Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Charles James Martin, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 31 May 1907 |
Description | In response to Martin's enquiry, Harrison checked their printed list of invitations to the May Soiree which includes the Director and two bacteriologists and pathological chemists for the Lister Institute. This allocation, Harrison believes, was agreed by the Soiree Committee in consultation with Martin, and he has been assured that the invitations were sent out, except the one intended for Dr Macfadyen, now deceased, and included one to Dr Dean. They would be glad to have the name of a bacteriologist to come in the place of Macfadyen. |
