DescriptionLarmor writes to communciate the resolution of Council requiring that Armstrong refund the £100 given to him by the Government Grant Board for Chemistry due to the absence of the required report from Armstrong. The Treasurer reported at the Council meeting that he had conferred with Armstrong on the topic, but the expected communication was never received.
