TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Richard Tetley Glazebrook, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date12 July 1907
DescriptionHarrison explains that Glazebrook's letter to Dr Joseph Larmor, about the forthcoming International Conference on Electrical Units in October, was read to the Council of the Royal Society, who agreed to place available rooms at the disposal of the Conference. The only rooms that can be promised at the end of October are the Meeting room and adjoining tearoom, with an additional small room possibly available for small committees.

The Council further resolved to host a reception on 31 October, to which Conference delegates will be invited, in place of an ordinary Fellows "At Home", which would have been on 24 October. Glazebrook, or whoever takes charge of Conference arrangements, will need to inform Harrison of names and numbers in good time.
