TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Mrs O A Merritt Hawkes
Date5 September 1907
DescriptionIn the absence of the Clerk to the Government Grant Committee, Harrison has endeavoured to identify the microscopes referred to in Hawkes' letter of 4 September. There is a small Leitz microscope, which he briefly describes, at the Society and which appears to answer to Hawkes' description. If this is suitable for Hawkes' work there will probably be little difficulty in arranging for it to be lent to Hawkes on the return of the Clerk to the Government Grant Committee in about a fortnight's time.
