DescriptionThinks Bottomley's suggested condensation of the memoir will allow him to go ahead with printing without awaiting the Committee. The manuscript is now sent to put the condensations into effect. Various alterations in pencil are editorial. Asks Bottomley to ink these in making such improvements as he desires. Hopes Lord Kelvin has recovered from his illness. A typed copy of Bottomley's suggested change is enclosed [not enclosed].
