TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Archibald Geikie
Date22 October 1907
DescriptionHarrison details the custodial history of the Antarctic seismic observations, from when they entered Harrison's custody in 1906, presumed to be when Charles Chree returned them, to be handed to Geikie on 18 January as recorded in Harrison's notebook. He records Geikie's meeting with Mr Bernacchi on 23 January, and his meeting with Dr Shaw and the Antarctic Observatories Committee in Shaw's office on 14 February, to which he believes Geikie took the records. He has written to Shaw to enquire whether he has them.
