TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Messrs Werner & Winter, Fichardstrasse No. 5-7, Frankfurt a. M., Germany
Date29 October 1907
DescriptionHarrison notes that their letter was received on 22 October, and the account for the four Shearer plates was received on 26 October, but despite Werner & Winter's report that they had sent the parcel of plates, their printer is yet to receive them. He asks that they enquire of their shippers as to when the package was despatched.

He also expresses surprise at the lack of response to their enquiries and asks for an explanation. Harrison reiterates that he is surprised the work requires four printings and that the cost will amount to 1100 marks. Their expression of hope that the Royal Society will place work with them again is noted, but Harrison doubts, on the basis of their experience to date, that this will happen.
