TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Thomas Mather, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date7 November 1907
DescriptionLarmor discusses the lettering of Mather's paper where lower case letters appear as large as capital letters, although he cannot see why it matters. He further notes that Mather's complaint regarding roman numbering has been judged by his colleagues, who agree with Larmor and consider the demand for a change unreasonble.

Larmor cannot see any cause for complaint in figure 5. They will put in the number where he asks it to be inserted, but he will have to await the decision of Council on 30 November.
