Friday 22 November in the morning to discuss the accounts with Keen; Monday 25 November for a meeting of the Finance Committee, which Keen does not need to attend; and the afternoon of 27 November for the audit.

He asks that Keen inform him if these dates suit him, and if not, asks that he suggest alternatives.
