DescriptionHarrison, in response to McIntosh's letter of 12 November, states that Dr Arthur Thomas Masterman's certificate is dated 14 December 1904, and it has been suspended for the elections of 1905 and 1906, but was not suspected at the last election at McIntosh's request. If the Statutes of the Royal Society are followed, the certificate will lapse on 14 December 1909, having been valid for the alloted five years.
